	THE FLOATING THEATRE Stability The great mass, low gravity point, wide water plane area and large submerged volume makes the floating structure incredibly stabile. 15 times more stabile than the Oslo boat, the theatre will remain steady as a rock even in catastrophic wind speeds up to 28 m/s, (at which point the city's infrastructure is officially considered non-functioning).
